Problem Description
-------------------
Costing information that was previously entered at the Organization level
disappears when requerying the organization.
Getting error in Define Organization form.
Classification = HR Organization.
You have already entered Costing Information. When you try to requery this
organization, you get the following error:
'Values have not been entered for one or more segments'
The form displays O.K. You can click on 'OTHERS' and select the Costing
Information. The data that you had previously entered no longer displays.
Solution Description
--------------------
The solution is to simply uncheck the 'required' checkbox for the segments
for the Cost Allocation Key Flexfield.
System Administrator -> Application -> Flexfield -> Key -> Segments
Query Cost Allocation Flexfield in the Flexfield Title field. Select
the appropriate Structure. Click on Segments. Select segment and click on
Open. Uncheck the Required checkbox in the Validation region. Save.
Explanation
-----------
The problem is caused by the fact that the segments for the Cost
Allocation flexfield are marked as required. The flexfield qualifiers
handle this so there is no need to check the segments as required.
