PeopleSoft functional consultant

Responsibility:
1. Provide a consultant role in HRMS function side of PeopleSoft.
2. Ability to understand customer business as-is and to-be processes, create high value design.
3. Communicate and deliver PeopleSoft solutions to customers.
4. Finsih business analysis with development team to finish package solution delivery.

5. Provide daily functional support to customers.

Qualification:
1. 3-6 years PeopleSoft HRMS implementation experience, Completed 1 full cycle implementation at least

2. Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment

3. Customer oriented service skill, be patient to and respect customers

4. Good presentation and communication skills, Fluent English (both oral and written).
5. Self-motivator with the ability to work independently, team work spirit .
6. Good project planning and time management skills .

7. Degree level qualification.
