  在R12.1.3的版本中发现，查询物料使用处时报：

APP-BOM-20870： ORA-08176 ：consistent read failure:rollback data not available
Case:  Oracle Bills of Material detected ORA-08176:consistent read failure:rollback data not available.
Action: None.
