自动清帐真的行吗?

1.你们家的自动清帐真的行吗?
Global User TMD,一堆GR/IR类科目(包括freight cost, custom charge)等,User said it was difficult to manual make clearing during period-end closing .
Gr/IR ,Freight Clearing and custom Account is managed on an open item basis. To clear open items the only available criterion now is Assignment no.(field ZUONR)
Now in the absence of any preset value flow to Assignment no, the system picks up the default system date and puts it as assignment no. now since GR and IR dates are different, a clearing cannot take place even if amounts are same, since values in Assignment field are different. So automatic clearing vide F.13 does not work and a lot of open items are to be cleared manually.
Even when an effort is made to clear them manually, it becomes increasingly difficult to identify and match a set of GR & IR line items in the GL clearing screen.
Now Even I change the assignment field to be PO + Line item ,GR seems having no problem to record PO +line item ,However, for IR ,没有那个鸟人会一个个地校验,就是通常是N个GR/IR will be combined . you choose 10 items with a total amount 1000 RMB, FI doc entry will be  :Dr :GR/IR 1000(你说用哪个PO +line item),就是说MIRO时你根本不能对应到PO+line item, 自动清个球? 我已经解释了100遍,MIGO和MIRO的各种GR/IR科目是对不上的呀....User天天烦呀...兄弟们你们是如何弄的?
2. 销售相关费用类科目,假设你SO的condition有运费,产品产权等,KE4I定义了condtion对应value field,Ok,这些P&L account的CO object将对应到PSG ,问题是user要求同时要产生CO 凭证(手工记帐当然你可选N个CO object),不能CO report....写了数百exit,又要写了,
cost of sales accounting, CO, CO-PA,CO-PCA这四个东东反应出的什么销售成本呀利润对不大上难道不很正常吗? Reconcile ? 咱这user manual 做adjustment, 反正通常是老美做..哈哈,也该累一下这群人等.......兄弟们,你们的这些report 数据都很一致吗?
