fb50 can't post

when i use fb50 to post a revenue, debit: bank, credit: revenue 800800, but it says error:"account 800800 requires an assignment to a co object"  I already put dummy profit center and tax, how?

Such is the case, You maintain the revenue account with a primary cost element  and your CO is activated , So you must assignment a CO object for the line item .  The following are the allowed CO objects .
Enter one of the following CO account assignments

• Order
  

• Cost center / [url=SAPevent:DOCU_LINK\GLeistungsart]cost center/ activity type[/url]
  

• Sales order item (for a project or cost relevant)
  

• [url=SAPevent:DOCU_LINK\GLrojektdefinition]Project[/url] / WBS element
  

• Cost object (Process manufacturing)
  

• Network/ Network activities
  

• Business process
  

• Profitability segment
  

• Real estate object
  

From above, you can know profit center cannot be regarded as a CO object at all .
