Special G/L and Special purpose Legder 是同一回事么? 对 Special G/L 经常用到,但是Special purpose Legder很少提到,不知道两个是不是一回事??


Special G/L Transactions
The special transactions in accounts receivable and accounts payable that are shown separately in the general ledger and sub-ledger.
They include:

• Bills of exchange
  

• Down payments
  

• Guarantees
  

Special Purpose Ledger
An application used for customer-defined ledgers containing information used for reporting purposes.
The customer-defined ledger can be used as the general ledger or as a subledger and may contain the account assignments desired. The account assignments can be either SAP account assigments such as those used in Funds Management or customer-defined account assignment elements.
Example
SAP account assignment elements: account, business area, profit center
Customer-defined account assignment element: region
