The Expense account is there to accommodate European accounting practices.

The Bridging account (as seen in WIP accounting classes) is used only in France.

Estimated Scrap：看样子要配合Shop Floor一起使用的。
Applies only to lot based jobs in Oracle Shop Floor Management enabled inventory organizations
when Estimated Scrap Accounting is enabled. If this feature isenabled, both Estimated Scrapaccounts are required. The scrap account field is required when defining a department on the Departments window. Additionally when you define this account, you can also track operationyield and estimated scrap absorption when creating transactions for lot based jobs.
