Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.9 in Production (AP.L) :
When attempting to run Close AP Period, the following errors occurs in Program : APGLTRANS module:
Payables Transfer to General Ledger

ERROR
ORA-06512: at "APPS.XLA_GL_TRANSFER_PKG", line 2219

Cause
Bug 5190472 : ORA-06502 PL/SQL NUMERIC OR VALUE ERROR; ORA-06512 AT ''APPS.XLA_GL_TRANSFER_

++ 1) Bug Summary
++ A. Functional
++ 1. Description
-> The Payabales transfer to General Ledger program fails with
-> ORA-6512L/SQL Numeric or value error.
-> This is when the Payables transfer to GL program is
-> submitted in 'Summary by Accounting Period' mode.
++ 2. Resolution
-> Now the Payables transfer to General ledger completes
-> normally.

This issue is  fix with : XLACGLXB.pls in version 115.67.115103.9 or higher..


Solution
To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:

1. Download and review the readme and pre-requisites for Patch 5190472

2. Ensure that you have taken a backup of your system before applying the recommended patch.

3. Apply the patch in a test environment.

4. Confirm the following file versions: XLACGLXB.pls 115.67.115103.9
You can use the commands like the following:
strings -a $XLA_TOP/patch/115/sql |grep '$Header'

5. Retest the issue : Run Payables Accounting Process.

以前碰到类似问题，应该是列宽问题
看看接口表数据是否有些内容过长

检查GL中对应的会计期是不是已经关闭了!我遇这样的问题是GL的期间关了才导致的!
