Responsibilities:

Ø         Support all users when issues are raised

Ø         Monitor the use of the system

Ø         Prepare new information flow

Ø         Communicate with global CC for major issues

Ø         Make corrective and preventives actions to improve the overall use of the system  

Ø         Assess training needs of all users

Ø         Improve the system: define new procedures, new flows, new reports, new functionalities

Ø         Ensure that the process design conforms to the SAP core models.

Ø         Ensure that SAP systems are configured to meet the requirements of the business :

n         During implementation, work with users to understand local requirements and define how the core models will support them.

n         After the implementation, work with users to resolve system/process issues and update the core models to keep pace with the changes in the business.

n         Follow company regulation(e.g. EHS, Quality)
