1.Bachelor graduated, major in IT.
2.3-5 years experience in Microsoft Access Programming
3.Experience working with Quality and Factory data collection and process is required.
4.Good oral English and English written skills
5.Good process development skill for Quality system, factory data collection systems and efficient GUI design.
6.Detailed orientated, and self directed
7.Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required in addition to excellent inter-personnel, written, and verbal communication skills.
8.Ability to establish attainable goals, objectives, and work plans.
9.Ability to organize material, analyze a wide variety of facts and develop appropriate recommendations.
10.Ability to effectively communicate with other IT divisions or customers to provide technical expertise.
