Receipt for an unapproved PO

Currently, system allows to enter good receipt for an unapproved PO. This is treated as enhancement required to our developer. Enhancement will take into consideration in future releases however there is no time phase whether it will be fixed.
RESPONSE FROM DEVELOPMENT: ------------------------------------------------------------ Since a PO cannot be printed until it is approved the assumption is that at one time the PO was approved and at the time the Vendor was sent the PO it was approved. Now a release was added to the PO that brought the total value over the buyers limit. Since the original lines / releases were approved they may be in transit and should be able to be received. This is why the we currently allow receipt to unapproved PO's.
