EDITOR_PKG.REPORT 编译出错

我在使用EDITOR_PKG.REPORT(v_Request_Id,'Y'); 的时候，编译出错，说EDITOR_PKG需要声明，FNDCONC.pll我已经加载了，为什么还找不到呢？
各位大侠，有遇到这种情况的没？

在metalink中找到了一条，估计是instance没打补丁。

Manually regenerating  FNDCONC.pll results the following errors:

change: Applying FND patchset I 1675981
cause: The cause of this problem is still undetermined.



fix:

1. This is a known issue with Bug 969829. The bug fix 969829 is already
included in FND patchsets from F through J.  

2. Skip this job since adpatch forgivingly asked to continue as it were
successfull. Complete the patching of FND patchset I.   
Apply FND patchset J 1818756 afterwards.  

3. Reapply Developer 2000 1.6.1 patchset 16.
