In 2003, IBM Maximo launched its Certification Program and announced the availability of the Maximo 5 Certified Consultant exam. In mid 2006, with the release of the Maximo Enterprise Suite (MXES), company has updated the program and announced the availability of the Maximo 6 Certified EAM Consultant exam. Later in 2006, we will announce the availability of the Maximo 6 Certified ITSM Consultant exam.
Participation in the IBM Maximo Certification Program is targeted towards Alliance and Channel Partners, as well as IBM employees.

Customer satisfaction depends on the quality of the work delivered during a Maximo implementation. With consultants on the team who have passed the appropriate Maximo certification, our Partners will be in a more competitive position and can maintain a distinct identity and competitive differentiation. We strongly recommends that customers use only IBM Maximo Certified professionals who have met our stringent certification requirements and have proven their skills and working knowledge of Maximo.

The IBM Maximo Certification Program provides an impartial measure of a consultant\'s knowledge and ensures that Maximo Certified Consultants have demonstrated mastery of the subject matter necessary to deliver a successful implementation. In order to qualify as a Maximo Certified Consultant, individual candidates must pass a rigorous computer-based exam specific to the Maximo application release.

During the process of developing the Maximo exams,We meticulously followed industry standards and testing conventions and will vigorously defend the integrity of its exams. Customers who hire a Maximo Certified Consultant can be assured that a fair and impartial measurement of the consultant\'s knowledge has been taken. Certification Benefits

Each successful certification candidate will receive a letter with an official, serialized identification card, and a certificate. Candidates may use this documentation as verification that they are Maximo Certified Consultants. Successful candidates will also receive the certification logo in soft copy, which can be used on appropriate documentation, such as business cards and resumes. Use of the logo must be in accordance with the IBM Trademark and Logo Usage Policy.
