Job description：

This position will serve as a key role in:

·Managing data cleansing, loading and verification activities for Siebel CRM OnDemand

·Coordinating development and testing activities for data and interface-related changes for CRM OnDemand

Key Responsibilities:

·Manage Data Cleansing, Loading and Verification activities for the upcoming CRM OnDemand China solution deployment, working with third-party provider to execute the loading activities

·Manage Data Cleansing, loading and verification activities for the existing CRM OnDemand global affiliates, working with third-party provider to execute the loading activities

·Resolve data integrity issues with CRM OnDemand global affiliates

·High level Understanding of business processes and Siebel/analytics functionality and apply them to the Interfaces or to the Data Integrity rules.

·Perform ad-hoc SQL queries to extract data for OnDemand affiliates

·Coordinate development and testing activities within the different development teams

·Assist business, application, data and reports SME’s to define requirements for Interfaces and Data Integrity Rules.

·Assist OnDemand local roles to coordinate affiliates data file preparation.

·Assist in the development of test scripts.

·Assist in the preparation of test data.

·Assist and coordinate with Informal and Formal testing.

·Coordinate the resolution of data and interface related defects during Informal Testing and Formal Testing.

Required Experience:

1. 5+ years working and project experiences。

2. Sufficient level of experience with Siebel and/or more specifically EIM/EAI or ETL.

3. Experience of Data management, cleansing and verification

4.  Participation on initiatives requiring Solution Design exercises on interface projects

Experience in Computer system validation

5. Effective analytical, problem solving and investigative skills

Essential Skills:

1.Solid technical Design background in Information technology specially on ETL

2.Good technical understanding of SQL, Oracle/Siebel, Informatica and general data management skills.

3.Demonstrated interpersonal skills and team work

4.Ability to communicate proactively and effectively with IT stakeholders

职位要求：

[url=]1. [/url]计算机相关专业，正规统招本科及以上学历，性别不限，若有海外留学背景优先；

2. 技术经验需满足以下要求：

⑴ 5年以上软件研发经验；

⑵ 至少3年以上.net技术开发经验；

⑶ 1年以上团队及项目管理经验；

⑷ 熟悉微软技术，尤其C#.net,正在使用.net技术方面的最新技术者优先；

⑸掌握最新的.Net版本，对.Net FrameWork非常熟悉，并且了解其运行原理；

⑹熟悉系统架构及底层开发知识，对基于.Net的各种项目框架有较丰富的应用和设计经验，参与过框架设计，对大型项目的系统构建有思路。

3. 有2年以上欧美项目的开发经验，其中有和国际化团队合作以及与欧美客户沟通经验者优先；

4. 英语要求：读写听说熟练，尤其口语要求流利，有海外留学或工作经历者优先；

5、有较丰富的项目经验、能够独立承担项目开发及相关管理工作，有团队合作能力；

6、逻辑思维强,有良好的分析，解决问题及沟通的能力；

7. 有签证及护照者优先。
