RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Work in business analysis, solutions architecture, implementation and configuration of PeopleSoft HCM pillar
-Lead in the functional design and implementation of solutions for Oracle PeopleSoft data integration and data migration
-Work closely with technical teams and functional users, and be an interface between technical teams and functional end users.
-Develop and nurture relationships with clients and Oracle
-Assist in the development and management of project plan
-Plan and lead the functional testing
-Manage Oracle TARS (Technical Assistance Requests) process for functional issues
- Plan and lead the post-go-live production support effort.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
-3+ years extensive experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Consultant with ePay, Time and Labor, Payroll, eProfile, HRMS and etc.
-Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM functional and architecture strongly preferred
-Any knowledge of other PeopleSoft pillars is a plus.
-Detailed functional knowledge of HCM concepts, processes, procedures and terminology
-Recent full-lifecycle Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 8.x implementations preferred.
-Adept at creating business process models based on the requirements
-Adept at determining requirements by interviewing client personnel, reviewing documentation and facilitating working sessions.
-Exposure to and understanding of project management
