*** 职位名称： Oracle ERP技术顾问 / Oracle Techinical Consultant  （分销）
岗位职责简述：
1、 主要负责对现有Oracle ERP系统的日常维护和ERP二次开发工作；
2、 在相关文档的指导下，对终端用户遇到的日常问题提供咨询指导；
3、 在相关文档的指导下，独立、熟练的进行ERP二次开发程序代码实现工作等。

岗位任职要求：
1、 专科以上，计算机及相关专业；
2、 精通Oracle PL/SQL编程，具备良好的编程习惯和风格；
3、 熟悉Oracle ERP二次开发工具，ORACLE FORM/REPORT/PLSQL等；
4、 较强的文档编写能力；
5、 从事Oracle  ERP  1-3年以上工作经验；
6、 熟悉PO, INV, OM模块者优先；

POSITION DESCRITPION

-Plan, schedule, monitor, and direct data warehouse projects to implement solutions meeting agreed customer requirements;
-Lead the scoping, planning, cost estimating, and pricing for BI/DW projects;
-Responsible for statement of work development and risk assessment, including but not limited to defining goals and objectives,

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
-7 years BI/DW implementation experience; at least 3 years experience as project manager ;
-Experience with BI/DW products in following categories:
a. ETL (extract, transform & load) tool: SSIS ;
b. Front end tools: Cognos;
c. Data model: database design for data warehouses, dimensional modeling and relational modeling ;
-Exceptional understanding of relational and multi-dimensional data design and development techniques ;
-Strong analytical, problem identification/solving skills ;
-Strong leadership and conflict

POSITION DESCRITPION
-Should be able to understand and analyze reporting requirements
-Working knowledge of Cogno8 BI suite of tools like Report Studio, Query Studio, Analysis Studio etc
-Good knowledge and design skills on OLAP reporting.
-Should be in a position to guide the team in solving technical issues and optimizing performance.
-Good SQL knowledge with SQL Server 2005
-Participate in data architecture design and review processes;
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
-3+ years experience working with data warehouses, reporting, and OLAP technologies
-Experience working in an enterprise level data warehouse, business intelligence or reporting environment.
-ETL experience with other BI Tools (SSIS preferred).
-Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly;
