l A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2+ years experience with PeopleSoft Financials applications, GL, AR, BI, AM, AP, Query/SQL.
l Very Strong logical and analytical problem resolution skills.
l Global consolidations experience desired.
l Strong organizational and communication skills and be detail oriented.
l Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
l Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
l Fluent in English, excellent written, verbal and strong interpersonal skills are required.
l Proficiency in MS office is required.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
l Functional experience with multiple PeopleSoft applications (HCM, EPM) modules or any PeopleSoft technical experience is a plus.
l Recent experience including either multiple full life cycle implementation or upgrade experience with version 8.8 or above is a big plus.
l Experience training and supporting end users with the PeopleSoft applications.
l Experience with data conversions to PeopleSoft applications.
l Experience testing PeopleSoft application instances to successfully validate application setups, including input to test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
| | Responsibility: | l Responsible for working with in-house or outside client on PeopleSoft Financial implementation.
l Hands-on experience on implement & Support PeopleSoft General Ledger, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management and Accounts Payable modules in functional area.
l Perform requirement gathering (interacting with client and understanding business and ERP application requirements and processes, organization structure, roles and responsibilities)
l Prepare As-Is process (existing / current processes) document
l Do fit –gap analysis, prepare To-be process document
l Prepare Functional Design Documents
l Configuration of application
l Provide functional guidance to technical developers for developing program logic for customizations as per business requirements
l Develop test scenarios
l Perform functional unit testing
l Perform functional system integration testing
l Train client users and prepare user guides
l Participate in project review meetings between client and company’s project teams/committees | [tr][/tr]

Hands-on experience on PeopleSoft development using the following software tools is

- PeopleCode
- Application Engine
- Data Mover
- Component Interface
- Application Messaging
- PeopleSoft Workflow
- Crystal and SQR.
Candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field is a plus.
Candidate should have strong English skills, both in writing/reading and speaking/listening. | | Responsibility: | Participate in PeopleSoft implementation project.
