實際啓用日期問題

在進行出貨動作時，需填寫實際出貨日期欄位：實際啓用日期在那裏可以進行控制？是可選擇和默認為灰色的。
　今天部門操作員反映訂單出貨時，“實際啟呷掌凇睘榛疑�，未帶出日期，不知為何因�

所有的delivery做ship confir都不可以更改日期吗？

只有一類客戶料號是這樣的，其他的都可以，不知道是那裏將此欄位進行了控制？？？

而且，並不是所有的都不可以，是部分是這樣的。還請大家幫忙看看是那裏的問題。

該如何讓實際啓用日期為可選擇的呢？難道針對沒有人知道嗎？

哎！終于找顧問幫忙解決了，處理方法拿來大家分享：
1.Enter the ship transaction form

2.Click the tab'Deliveries'

3.Select Action "Unassign from Trip" hit "GO" for the error order line

4. Select Action "Auto-create Trip" hit "GO"

5.Click the tab'Path by Trip'

6.Press the button 'Ship Confirm'

7.Update the ''actual departure date''

8.Uncheck the field'Create Master Bill of L...' &'Defer Interface' ,and hit 'OK'。(occur the warning, you can ignore )


以下是METALINK提供的，问题发生的原因,这应该属于系统的BUG，而处理的方法是我根据METALINK上找的一些提示try出来的...

cause: The order has a Trip and Delivery assigned to it.
Anytime a Delivery is associated with a Trip, then the Auto-create Trip Options
are disabled.
   
In the case of multiple Deliveries selected, if any one of the Deliveries is
not assigned to a Trip, then the Options are NOT grayed out. However, only the
deliveries without the Trip will be set In-Transit or Closed.
Other Deliveries with Trips will be only Confirmed and not Shipped.

The distinguishing Criteria is if the Delivery is assigned to a Trip.

However, this does not prevent ship confirming a delivery (even though Auto
Create trip option is grayed out)
