SL Job Description:
1 Handling Queries from Client Internal Users and Suppliers
2 Providing Access to Suppliers for Invoicing
3 Guiding users with all queries regarding Purchase orders
4 System administration activity – password resets, user setups, minor data corrections, hierarchy changes
5 Guiding users with invoicing
6 Guiding and helping Suppliers on payment related issues
7 Questions / Cl
8 Collaborate and work with L2 teams on unresolved issues
9 Troubleshooting application issues and Routing issues/questions to the appropriate functional, technical, other support
communities or responsible team
10 End-to-End Ticket ownership ensuring the query or issue raised by the user is resolved  

Candidate Requirements:
Good Analytical and interpersonal Skills
Ability to comprehend and write English
Ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of Computers
Quick Learner with Out of Box
Thinking Customer Service - Putting Customer first
Knowledge of basics on SQL an advantage
