job responsibility 1. contribute to the creation of effective practice management, business development and market expansion strategies, in charge of business development on oracle related solutions, including presales, proposal preparation, contract negotiation and etc. 2. as solution leader to provide support for potential project’s pursuit. design and propose oracle solutions to client basing on good insights for client’s needs and requirements?be responsible for team development and people management. 3. manage project’s delivery; integrate solutions, resources and implementation plans as a package for clients basing on the business requirements 4. control the budget, schedule and delivery quality of project, make efforts to improve efficiency, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings for clients 5. drive the closure of the deal and help resolve client relationship issues during project execution and generate repeated sales within the same account 6. develop and manage the relationship with client, interact with clients to ensure our products and services to exceed their expectations job requirement 1. minimum 6 years consulting or oracle solution project implementation experience 2. proficient oracle solutions in financial/manufacturing/distribution etc., 3. an ability to interface with senior industry executives and strong presentation skills 4. ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment 5. strong supervisory, coaching and project management skills special skill requiredprofessional experience in oracle is preferred |
