SAP PM
Job Description: Candidate should have total SAP experience for about 10+ yrs, having experience in the SAP Project Management for about 3 to 4 Years.

He/ She should have project managed SAP implementation projects. He /She should have had hands on experience with at least one of the SAP Modules on FICO, SD, MM.
He/ She would be preferably PMP certified.
He / She should also have the following skills:

• Proficient in ASAP Methodology and Phases and Activities, Deliverables for implementation and Roll Out
• Has completed at least One to Three Full Life cycle Implementation or Roll out project as the Project Manager
• Has worked on the SAP Finance and Logistics implementation projects as Project Manager  
• Has expertise in coordinating on designing the business process changes, implementation of changes, Realization and Testing Activities.
• Understand the clear dependency between the activities across Functional Modules and the Technical areas
• Aware of the process controls on roles & Authorization
• Should have worked on projects for China clients and has awareness of the China Legal and Tax requirements
• Proficient in English and Chinese as well
• Should be proficient in Scope, Quality, Schedule, People, Communication and Risk Management for Project.

Job Description: Candidate should have total experience for about 5 yrs, having experience in the SAP FICO Module for about 3 to 4 Years.
He/ She should have expertise on SAP Finance Business Process’ design & implementation.
He /She should have hands on with SAP Modules of FI – AR, AP, GL, Assets, Taxes & Banking; CO – CCA, PCA.
He / She should also have the following skills:

• Proficient in ASAP Methodology and Phases and Activities for implementation and Roll Out
• Has completed at least One Full Life cycle Implementation or Roll out project in the FICO area
• Has worked on the Finance Function
  as a Domain expertise or has a Major degree with a Finance as subject
• Expertise on designing the business process changes, implementation of changes, Maintaining and updating Global Template.
• Gather Business requirements by working with the Key Users Team and Business Process Owner.
  
• Good articulation of the Functional requirements for the RICEF Development
• Maintaining process controls on roles & Authorization
• Has experience of working on the Interfaces with Banking and working on enhancements as a Functional consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

        The Developer position utilizes both analytical and programming skills.  
        Responsible for designing, coding in ABAP 4, modifying, testing, and documenting applications.  The design work ranges from a low to high level of complexity   
        Must be able to write technical design specifications (TDS) based on Functional design Specification (FDS) and/or verbal directions
        Create and maintain code for FRICEW (Form/ Report/ Interface/ Conversion/ Enhancement/ Workflow) objects; especially in the FI/CO application
        Test and debug programs based on test scripts / checklist
        Prepare appropriate testing and implementation documentation in a timely manner
        Ability to work with minimum supervision, taking the initiative in contacting internal customers and co-workers


Requirements

        Written and oral communications must be clear and accurate
        Analytical and problem solving skills
        Must be able to interface inter- and intra-departmentally
        Aptitude to learn new programming languages and skills
        Capable of testing own programs
        Capable of interpreting and designing flow charts
        Rudimentary knowledge of project life-cycle
        Programming using a 4GL language, especially ABAP 4
        Has knowledge of at least two SAP modules SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, WM, CRM; with solid knowledge in FI/CO
        Familiar with BDC programming, function modules, RFCs, IDOCs, User Exits/BADI, SAP script, and Smart Forms
        ECC 6.0 experience desirable
        Some Java experience will be a plus
        Business workflow
        Knowledge of any of the SAP tool: LSMW, BAPI, LES is a credit
        Minimum of 3 years of SAP relevant experience
        Graduate in Computer Science; SAP Training from reputed institution
