实际业务没有遇到过,但是自己曾进测试,这个功能和采购里的contract purchase agreement很像的,也是通过建立客户和一组销售料的方式,然后在做销售订单的时候会用到这个销售合同作为控制。你可以参考下面描述
A Sales Agreement is defined as an agreement for a customer that has specific characteristics between a customer and a supplier. These characteristics may include the date range of the agreement, the items included, the price of the items, the quantity of each item that the parties committed to as well as other attributes, like freight or payment terms. Once a Sales Agreement is entered for a customer, multiple releases (shipments) against the Sales Agreement can be processed over a period of time within Order Management. The order is fulfilled and billed according to the terms of the Sales Agreement. Tracking information will also be accumulated for Sales Agreement such as quantity fulfilled, and dollar value fulfilled of released lines. This information will be used to view status of orders executed against a Sales Agreement.
The Sales Agreements functionality enables you to enter into a long term agreement (contract) with a customer for supplying specified items at mutually agreeable prices. You need to enter the agreement details (like item, price, price list, accounting information) in the Sales Agreements window and then you can create releases (sales orders) that refer to the Sales Agreement. The reference to the Sales Agreement enables you to check order amounts and quantities to see if they comply with the Sales Agreement specifications.
